No sun, no leaves, November

Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness and all that, but autumn can be drab stuck out here on these Blithering Heights, so it's nice to turn out the photos and see the way the house looked a few months ago.

Yes indeed, and that's a m-oast rotten pun. But still, whenever you have a weekend to spare, preferably when Venetia's away, you'd be very welcome.
Bring your jodhpurs and we can have a bit of a canter.
